Chronic stress degrades decision-making in predictable, measurable ways. This session rebuilds your internal decision-making system so it functions even under pressure — and helps you distinguish between urgent and important before reacting.

  • Understanding of how stress physically affects the quality of your decisions

  • A personal protocol for slowing down before reactive choices

  • Practical tools for maintaining strategic thinking when everything feels urgent

Many leaders in burnout are also in a state of relational exhaustion — surrounded by conflict, misunderstood, unable to set boundaries without guilt or aggression. This session addresses the communication patterns at the root of this.

Resilience is not something you either have or do not have. It is built through deliberate, consistent practices that fit your real life — not an ideal version of it. This session creates your personal protocol.

  • A realistic, personalised recovery protocol that fits your actual schedule

  • Understanding of the four types of recovery — physical, emotional, mental, purposeful

  • The neuroscience of why pushing harder makes recovery harder — and what to do instead

The final session brings together everything from the previous six weeks into a coherent new leadership identity — not the one that burned out, but the one you consciously choose. You leave with clarity, a plan, and the tools to maintain what you have built.
